This includes any 'visual depiction of any kind, including a drawing, cartoon, sculpture or painting', of 'minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct' or 'depicts an image that is, or appears to be, of a minor engaging in intercourse and lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value'.
For example, the PROTECT Act of 2003, establishes that “not only images of real children, but also computer images that are indistinguishable from a real minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct” are ilegal. There are many laws that regulate what is obscene and what constitutes child pornography.
